Jo Howard Massage Therapy

Jo's work as a Massage Therapist allows her to focus many years of professional experience in the areas of health and sport, in a treatment approach which values the whole person.

Jo trained originally as a physiotherapist, qualifying in 1990 with a Graduate Diploma from Coventry School of Physiotherapy. She then worked for 10 years as a physiotherapist within the NHS, covering areas of speciality including chronic pain, spinal injury & orthopaedics. In 1995 she gained an MSc in physiotherapy from University College London which allowed her to further her particular interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal injury. In 2000 Jo left the profession to focus on family and other interests, but never lost her fascination with the body and the ways in which we can cultivate good health.

In 2009, Jo retrained as a Massage Therapist, building on her previous experience.
