Jo Frost Psychotherapy

She welcomes individuals and couples self-referring to her private practice - rooms based at Fordingbridge (SP6), Hampshire. Jo also accepts referals from GP's, psychologists and other health professionals concerning individuals experiencing both mild to moderate and moderate to severe and enduring mental health problems. Trained as an integrative therapist, Jo draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including Person Centred, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

She works from a humanistic perspective with an optimistic belief in the self-determination of individuals. Jo works from rooms located at Fordingbridge, the New Forest, in the western part of Hampshire and close to the neighbouring counties of Wiltshire and Dorset. Parking facilities are available.
