The salon was opened in 2001 by Mike and Jacky Ogden, Mike being the Business Manager and Jacky using her 20+ years of experience from Junior to Salon Manager to put together a strong team of Stylists who have worked in Salons from London to Manchester and all who have over 10 years experience, when asked about the wealth of experience in the Salon Jacky stated, "it's great to know what ever issues clients have with there hair or however wild, wacky or sexy the client wants to go then we know that we can always deliver and don't have to be nervous of an inexperienced member of staff messing things up, this reassures the clients and that's one of the reasons they keep coming back".
