My moisture detection meter (Sovereign survey meter) will give you a clear indication of your properties issues i.e rising damp, ventilation/heating and potential condensation.
On visiting your property I will be able to detect internal moisture levels that are unacceptably high. If the meter moisture reading Is within acceptable limits then no unnecessary work will be advised.
