JGS Consulting Ltd, an independent Chartered Building Surveying Practice based in the North East of England, was launched in 2010 by co-directors Gavin Stewart and Julian Smith. Gavin and Julian previously worked together for several years at Sanderson Weatherall at Associate Director Level before going their separate ways. Gavin subsequently set up a Building Consultancy Department at Northpoint Consulting and Julian headed up Lambert Smith Hampton's Building Consultancy Department at their Newcastle Office. Their 30 years of joint experience covers all aspects of Building Surveying, working in both the private and public sector dealing with commercial, industrial and residential properties for an impressive portfolio of clients.
