He qualified as an RICS Chartered Surveyor in 1988 and has worked in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and St Albans since that time. He offers an enthusiastic and informed approach. Karena qualified as an RICS General Practice Surveyor in 1996 and has worked throughout the country. She has been based in the Midlands and surrounding area for the past 12 years. With a varied background of residential, commercial and Housing Association work, Karena offers a more modern approach to surveying; de-mystifying the role with a friendly, positive and professional attitude.
