I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor. I have trained for 4 years and have worked within local counselling agencies and GP surgeries. My studies and experience have given me an insight into behaviour and relationships. I have worked with many people with various different reasons for wanting to come for counselling. Counselling therapies have existed for over 100 years and offers everyone a way of looking at our behaviour and experiences in a way that allows us to reflect and look at making changes.
