I am a fully trained, qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist completing my Postgraduate Diploma through Stirling University. Since then I have gained extensive experience working with adults, children, couples and families, going on to qualify as a Counselling Supervisor. My experience of personal counselling brought about a huge self awareness and understanding leading me on the journey I now travel.
I am also a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer (working with adults and children) a profession I have enjoyed for over 20 years.
