My practice offers Perrin Technique for CFS/ME, Osteopathy, Naturopathy and Cranial Osteopathy for the treatment of painful joints and muscles in all areas of the body, for people of all ages including children and the elderly. A naturopathic approach may help to improve general health and reduce the symptoms of chronic conditions like irritable bowel syndrome and headache which often not respond well to orthodox treatment.

Osteopathy was founded by Dr AT Still in America in 1874. It is a system of healing which aims to improve the structure and function of the musculo-sketetal system in order to relieve pain, improve circulation and restore healthy function of the body as a whole. Cranio-sacral therapy is applied to the head and down the spine, gently unwinding deep tensions, especially following a difficult birth, head injury, whiplash injury or emotional shock. Naturopathy is a multi-disciplinary approach to health that aims to strengthen the body's own healing powers, through better nutrition, hydrotherapy, natural remedies, de-toxification, physical therapy, and promotion of a healthier lifestyle.

This is a specialised, evidence-based osteopathic protocol for chronic fatigue syndrome. It combines therapy from the practitioner with advice for patients about self-management using massage, gentle exercises, specific supplements and lifestyle changes.
