Janine Clinton-smith Holistic Therapy

Janine Clinton-Smith has been a massage therapist for many years and has trained to be an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist. She continues to upgrade her skills in other complementary therapies including Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Sport Massage techniques, no hand massage and Bach Flower Remedies. This enables her to give her clients individual treatment for their specific needs.

Janine was trained by the International Federation of Aromatherapist and was trained with the International Institute of Reflexology and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and abides by their code of practice in ethics and high standards. Janine is accredited and insured with Balens. Janine has worked as a therapist for over twenty years and has worked in Cancer Centres, Hospices working on Cancer patients and their family doing massage and Reflexology and also in residential homes for the old and mentally ill.

My sleep pattern was very erratic rarely getting more than two hours without disturbance. Following a series of Reflexology sessions with 'Janine', I now regularly get four to six hours sleep a night. Both my husband and I had been trying for five years to have another child. After a few years of going to the Doctor I was told my FSH was too high. I was told it would be unlikely to fall pregnant again and IVF was not an option as I already had children.
