I have undertaken training in couples counselling, drugs, alcohol and mental health. I have a BSc (Hons) degree in counselling and psychotherapy (CBT) and also hold NCFE certificates in person-centred counselling skills levels 2 and 3. Therapy sessions are carried out in a professional, friendly and relaxing clinic based environment.
