The Catering Company began more than 20 years ago. My boys were both at school and I wanted to cook again. Before moving to Cornwall (near Falmouth) I spent two enjoyable years at Catering College, and gained many years of experience from managing hotels and then owning a very successful restaurant in Suffolk.
Where possible I use locally produced ingredients - free range eggs, clotted cream, beef from Aberdeen Angus, Cornish lamb, fish and Cornish cheeses.To help you plan your event - corporate presentation, drinks reception, party or small wedding - it is best to get together, preferably at the venue, where I can advise on seating, table space and layout to ensure the site is suitable for the planned event.We can talk food and dietary requirements - drinks required, and equipment needed for the event.An ideal way to make your stay in Cornwall more enjoyable - delivered to you either frozen or fresh using the finest ingredients. Portions sizes in foil containers 2/4 or 6. Or I can come along and cook your meal/s for you - including clearing and washing up.
