Jameson had its humble beginnings many years ago in a home office in Purley. Over time the small company evolved and became well established in the area, and we are now based in our purpose built offices in Chipstead Valley Road, Coulsdon. Originally our small team of design consultants and architectural technicians had been providing an in-house planning and design service to our private clients only, but in 2011 we decided to move the company in a new direction, opening our doors to the public and for the first time offering RICS surveying services.
The past couple of years have been ones of continued growth for the company; we handle an average of 100 residential planning applications alone per year; in addition to numerous building regulations applications; requests for Heritage Searches, Ecological Reports, and Arborist Reports, Energy Assessments and SAP Calculations, Party Wall Awards, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys to name just a few.Whether you are looking for ideas to alter or extend your home, or even build a new one, our experienced team can provide a solution.
