Jade Harrison School of Dance opened in March 2006 and is situated in the heart of New York Village in North Shields. We teach a range of dance styles from Ballet to Commercial Street in our purpose built dance school in North Tyneside.
Our school has incredible facilities including two large dance studios, a relaxing café area with Wi-Fi, a private changing room, a large car park to the rear of the building, and an onsite dancewear shop. Dance Studio 1 is extremely spacious with mirrored walls perfect for all types of dance lessons but is primarily used for ballet classes. Dance Studio 2 also has mirrored walls and is decorated with New York themed Graffiti so is a perfect setting for teaching Commercial Street dance, Acrobatic Art, Broadway, Lyrical Contemporary, Cheerleading and Stretch/Flex. Our Dance School also has its own onsite theatre which seats up to eighty with its own professional studio lighting, sound system and curtains, perfect for our regular performances and theatre work.
