Our Executive Chef, Joyce O’Hagan, is at the heart of the business – both in the boardroom and the kitchen – while her sister Anne Aitken and husband Francis O’Hagan lead the way on sales, marketing and operations. Together the team has decades of experience.We are known for our innovative approach. We were the first event caterers in London to offer a reduced-carbon menu and recently launched a range of Superfood canapés. Where possible we like to use local, seasonal ingredients and we only cook with free range eggs and source meat and fish from responsible, approved suppliers.
