We believe that employing our own tradesmen enables us to achieve a high standard in terms of workmanship, experience and training in what we consider to be the core trades to our business.Trades which we do not carry in-house are subcontracted from a small nucleus of companies whom we have built a good working relationship over numerous previous projects. These subcontractors are all locally based and well experienced in their trades.All contracts are handled from estimating to completion by our management staff who are qualified Quantity Surveyors with an extensive combined experience in project management. Our management team are experienced in dealing with a variety of projects from private speculative housing projects to large scale public and commercial projects and undertaking both new build and renovation works.
