JDP Insurance Brokers Ltd was formed in 2002 to specialise in and administer the general insurance division of JDP Financial Services Ltd, leaving JDP Financial Services Ltd to concentrate on financial services. JDP Financial Services Ltd was formed in 1981 and based in the city of London where we developed a varied commercial and high net worth client base. In 1985 we relocated to Bedford moving to Irthlingborough, Northamptonshire in 2002. JDP Financial Services Ltd remained in Bedford.
JDP Insurance Brokers Ltd Managing Director Michael Ward was engaged by JDP Financial Services Ltd when it was formed in 1981 and Ita Ward, his co director, joined the company 5 years later.
The majority of the city based clients remain with us today for which we are very thankful and hope reflects the standard or service we give to all customers large or small, local or distant. Currently all our advisers have a minimum of 15 years of experience within the general insurance sector.
