Since a launch in 2009, the practice has grown steadily, with currently in excess of £600k worth of building projects on site. The majority of our work is private homes, and we are very proud to have had the opportunity to play such an important part in our clients' lives.

Our priority is to produce high quality work; beautiful, functional and expressing our clients desires. We deliver projects that are costed and controlled as thoroughly as possible from outset to completion. Our aim is to keep our clients as excited as we are throughout the rigors of a construction contract, and finish with a fabulous building!
Prior to starting the practice, Ivan Jordan worked for several architectural firms in the area, accruing a broad experience in many building types, from bespoke private commissions to £14m university facilities.
