Isla Sell Physiotherapy

After sustaining an injury myself and going through years of physiotherapy, surgery and rehabilitation I developed my interest in physiotherapy. I qualified from Plymouth University in 2009 and went on to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy within the NHS in Southampton. I went on to study acupuncture in Bournemouth to aid with management of pain. From there I worked for Winchester Rugby Club and Hampshire RFU gaining more experience in elite sports physiotherapy and acute injury management.

I spent time in two Hampshire tennis clubs working in private practice. I have always had an interest in Women's Health physiotherapy and have recently completed competencies for assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor, including management of incontinence and prolapse. Within this area I also work with pregnancy related issues, prenatal, antenatal and postnatal.
