After studying Information Technology, Matthew started his broking career in 1988 working for a commercial insurance brokerage in South Devon. In 2003 Matthew was one of the founders of ICB Ltd and continues to develop his existing client portfolio, whilst obtaining new business opportunities through being actively involved in the running and development of a number of local business referral and support networks.

Matthew is past President of the Insurance Institute of Coventry and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Out of office hours when he is not running around after his four children his main interests are motorcycles, shooting, fishing, fell walking and the great outdoors!
