Iriness offers Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes six days a week. We provide teacher-led and teacher-assisted self-practice (Mysore) classes, both for those new to yoga and for experienced practitioners of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. We also offer private yoga tuition, workshops and various therapies from holistic experts.
Iriness is a brand new yoga & wellbeing centre in the heart of Horsham, West Sussex. The studio was created for yoga and holistic wellbeing. Benefiting from a wooden floor and underfloor heating, it provides a cozy atmosphere, full of light and warmth. We’re so happy to welcome you to our intimate space for “peaceful miracles” (the meaning of the word 'Iriness').
We’ve launched Iriness at Victoria House to offer a community space for all types of healing – mental, emotional and physical. Our modular space has been designed to accommodate a wide variety of holistic therapies.
We’re passionate about sharing our love for yoga and healing, and look forward to meeting both new and experienced yogis at Iriness in Horsham. Our doors are open 6 days a week for yoga classes as well as other holistic therapies.
Our Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes run every morning at 9:30 from Monday to Saturday and at 18:30 from Monday to Thursday. Welcome to visit our website https://iriness.com/classes/ to sign up. New to Iriness are welcome for a free taster class.
We also welcome holistic therapists, interested to rent our beautiful rooms (e.g. for massage, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, physiotherapy, etc.).
