I have over 30 years experience as a business to business IT solutions provider. For 20 of these I was Operations Director in a number of companies from £5m to £24m turnover. I have had the good fortune to work as part of the senior management team in many industry sectors. These include Manufacturing, the Health Service, IT solutions, Warehouse Management, Purchasing Systems, Logistics and Supply Chain, Import and Distribution, Concrete Goods, Consultancy and Professional Services. I have also participated in business start ups, divestments and trade sales as well as managing radical change and process re-engineering.

I have first hand experience of setting and meeting targets, managing large numbers of staff, and maintaining quality relationships with customers and suppliers.
