Malcolm King, the companys managing director, has created designs for many of the worlds top hotel chains over his 36 year career and works with international associates to bring the best of interior design and procurement sourcing to his projects. FF&E sourcing and procurement is offered as a coordinated service allowing IDP to meet every budget.

We selected IDP Interior Design from other designers because Malcolm listened, interpreted our ideas and presented the concept in a highly creative and professional way which impressed us greatly. Together with his accomplished design team his experience, vision and creativity in all areas of the Royal Yacht interiors helped create the warm friendly atmosphere we sought. IDP's clever use of mood lighting and stylish but practical furnishings coupled with a subtle nautical theme resulted in the modern, spacious luxury hotel which is described by many as 'world class'.

We contracted Malcolm at IDP to undertake the interior design of our new extension and renovation to existing rooms, suites and residents lounge.
