Integrity Property Management

Integrity Property Management was formed in 2005 by Matthew Young, an associate of the IRPM (The Institute of Residential Property Managers). Matthew set up his business in order to tackle what he believed were the gross inadequacies of the block management industry. Having spent 18 years trading stocks and shares in the City of London, he became increasingly frustrated by the service provided by managing agents when he was a leaseholder.

Later, he became even more disillusioned having purchased the freehold of a block of flats, and so Integrity Property Management Ltd was created, building on the philosophy that landlords are clients but tenants are customers, Matthew saw the need to establish a continuing harmony between both parties, for the benefit of all.
