Steve Lout, owner and founder Director of the Integrated Building Management Group, managed the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of the Mechanical & Electrical services at Mercury Court since 1986.
When the maintenance contract at Mercury Court, became due for renewal the landlord, North West Regional Development Agency, who were also existing tenants in the building, believed that 15 years of proven professional service and experience in Facilities Management was accreditation in itself to award the prestigious contract to Integrated Building Management Group.
