We purchased10he Hurst Bakery in December 2006. Ever since we have been taking note of the customer comments and identified what our customers wanted and overall local community demands. We have made the necessary changes to our business that have been well-appreciated by the local community and the local newspaper has published articles at various times to highlight the changes we have made. We have had an exclusive in the front page of several local newspapers. We have also been recommended by food critics for good food service. We have had a programme on ITV Meridian on our business. This has brought about more interest in our business by local community.
