Howard Cundey are Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors with roots dating back some 90 years and 11 offices giving unrivalled coverage of wide areas of Surrey, Kent and Sussex and including representation in London. Our business is grounded on expert local knowledge, professionalism and involvement in our local communities. We have an important sales and marketing office in Mayfair which is part of an association of over 300 offices of like minded professionals across the country extending our coverage to the important London market, the rest of the UK and beyond.

Back in 2011 our Android and iphone apps won industry awards but we have moved on since then to become one of the first estate agents in the country to embrace responsive HTML5 web design so that our website resizes itself when viewed on mobiles, iphones and tablets enabling buyers to easily find our properties whilst out and about looking for their next home.
