Many people mistake HomeLink for a franchise or corporate company. We are proud to be a Scottish independent company, owned and run locally, employing local people. Our first office opened in Motherwell in 2005. Our aim then is the same as it is now. To sell or let your property for the best possible price in the shortest possible time, and providing a friendly, professional service.
Many companies would have you believe that the internet sells property. The portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla are simply a marketing tool which we take full advantage of, thus ensuring your property gets maximum exposure, whether it be sales or lettings.
But to ensure you get the best price possible for your property means active negotiations between people. At HomeLink you have a team of people working for you, whether it be arranging appointments, actively doing viewings on your behalf, or negotiating the sale or arranging the tenancy. Always with one goal, to achieve the best result for you our client.
HomeLink makes monthly donations from its turnover to The Africa Trust. We have supported this charity since we opened in2005, their main objective being the building of fresh drinking water wells in key areas. In 2013 we were approached by the charity to inform us that due our contribution level, they were dedicating their well to the company. The HomeLink well was installed in the Makoni District in the eastern province of Manicaland, pictured below with the construction team.
