During our many years of property renovation, we have gained a wealth of knowledge in property care and repair, and have hired all types of tradesmen from groundsmen up to roofers. When the recession closed in and most building companies laid off workers, many good tradesmen lost a great deal of work and pursued alternative professions. Rather than losing our best tradesmen, we thought it would be great to bring all the tradesmen who we had used and found to be highly skilled, honest and reliable into one company. By doing this we could create a ‘one stop shop’ and help people with limited time or resources to easily find trustworthy and professional tradesmen to work within their home. We could also offer our customers cheaper rates than others by dividing our overheads between our many services. This is when we decided to form Lancashire Home Life Services.
