Holland Clarke Property Search was founded by David Clarke in 2010 having recognised the need for a truly independent and professional property search agency to cover East Anglia. The company was created to provide a professional, proactive, thorough and well informed buying service, giving a distinct advantage to its clients. At the beginning of 2018 Rufus Owen took over the running of HCPS. With over 15 years experience in the property industry Rufus has accrued considerable knowledge of the area and its property, as well as establishing an exceptional network of contacts both in and out of the industry – invaluable assets for a successful buying agent. Holland Clarke Property Search clients are as individual as the houses that they buy, and their reasons for using our service are just as varied.
