Holistic Karate

Holistic Karate is a very friendly and supportive environment. Karate is a very methodical building block” approach to martial arts, teaching basic skills first then gradually and steadily building and refining those skills. We have separate martial arts classes for adult/teens and for children from 6 to 12 years old in Midsomer Norton and Westfield. Our training is tailored to the individuals needs. For a number of years Charlie Wildish was frustrated with the way that martial were being taught! They had been dumbed down even in the Far East for various social and political reasons compared to how they were originally taught. Language barriers between Eastern Masters and Western students did not help either.
