Hoi Polloi

Hoi Polloi has been trading since 1997. Our original shop is in Surbiton. It is managed by me. We also have a shop in Claygate, Surrey, which opened in November 2009 This shop is managed by my partner Gary. Our online shop, also managed by Gary, which you are browsing in now, went live in May 2010 and is growing from strength to strength. Our mission is to provide beautiful gifts, clothes and furniture for people and their homes. At any one time, we sell approximately 500 different items. In addition, our shops, particularly our Surbiton branch, also sell a large selection of cards and wrap. We also sell several ranges of womenswear, especially dresses and shoes. We currently only sell a few of our womenswear items online. However, it has been so successful that we are planning to do much more.

We have a reputation for excellent customer service, providing beautiful products at very reasonable prices.
