Our hogs and meats are all free range and sourced from one of the finest and most reputable butcher in Warwickshire. We take great care and pride in both preparation and cooking, and our customer service is second to none. The hogs are rubbed with a salt and virgin olive oil mix, before being slowly roasted, to give delicious, succulent meat, along with crispy, golden crackling, and served with our own sage and onion stuffing, on freshly baked rolls.
