Our ultrasonic cleaning process is based in piezo electric transducers, which are attached to the cleaning tank. These generate ultrasound waves that vibrate the cleaning fluid – either water or a specially formulated chemical – at a very high velocity, creating a process called cavitation. Millions of tiny bubbled implode within the solution and penetrate every orifice of the item being cleaned, removing dirt and grime within seconds.
