Hightec Surfacing is a division of Hightec Roofline Limited & Build and have been in the constructuion industry since 2001. Martin Andrew and Anthony Flynn, the partners of the Hightec Limited, have gained more than 15 years experience in the building, ground work and roofline industry working both as managers and surveyors and in the early days, even as fitters and installation gangs for many well known national companies before deciding they could offer a better, more unique service that would be of real benefit to potential clients.
