Highmead Physio is based in the Old Town area of Eastbourne and offers home visits where necessary, in addition to a dedicated treatment room. Emphasis is placed on accurate diagnosis, which in turns leads to effective treatment and comprehensive self management programmes. Sarah treats neck and back pain, including whiplash and headaches; sport, soft tissue and work related injuries; joint conditions such as arthritis and stiffness, and ante- and post-natal problems of all kinds. In addition to regular Physiotherapy, Sarah also offers massage for certain soft tissue disorders, and for general well being and relaxation.
