I have trained with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have a first class (hons) degree in Sports Science and have been working with fitness, functional training and rehabilitation for over fourteen years.

I am qualified in post natal exercise and rehabilitation, and offer a specialised core restore programme to bring back function postnatally, and to improve posture, abdominal tone and reduce rectus diastasis (where the abdominal muscles split down your midline).

I also use western medical acupuncture and kinesiology taping which work effectively alongside more traditional osteopathic approaches to ensure a more speedy return to fitness, this is particularly popular with athletes such as runners and cyclists.
