HENCH was founded in 2012 by Record Breaking Strength Athlete and Performance Coach Rory Girvan who was later joined by some of the Country's finest Coaches and Athletes. Since it's inception, HENCH has helped change the lives of hundreds of people, won dozens of medals, trophies and awards and been featured several documentaries and numerous newspaper articles. This unique gym combines innovative strength training equipment, cutting edge methodologies with the highest level and highly trained team of Coaches to provide you with an unmatched environment in which to become stronger.
