Helier Benn & Co was founded in 2010 and was started with a philosophy of putting our clients at the heart of everything we do. The company was started by Managing Director Zoe Benn, who had previously been Director and Co-Owner of one of the market leading firms dealing with Defendant’s Costs, and a Partner at the representative law firm. Our fee earners were hand picked for their excellent customer care along with their technical skills and their experience ranges from low value claims, to our specialist team who work on complex catastrophic claims of any value. Our expertise has enabled us to always be on the front foot and we consistently provide excellent services to our clients who as a result have recommended us to new clients which has enabled us to organically expand our business.
