Janice Hefford started as a Solicitor with Wartnabys in 1971 before working elsewhere and in 1987 establishing her own firm which she brought to 44 High Street in 2012. Jeremy Wakefield first qualified as a Barrister and became a Solicitor in 1988, working in London before joining Wartnabys in 2003 and becoming a Partner in 2006. He deals with property work of all kinds, and has particular experience of residential and commercial leaseholds.

David Brown qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and specialises in Civil and Family Litigation, together with Licensing Law. He acts for individuals, businesses, Charities and Trusts, and conducts Court and Tribunal cases.
