HEATING MAINTENANCE SERVICES LTD :- Is a Malvern-based family-owned firm, initially formed from the Service Department of the Modern Heating Company. Five fully trained and full-time Service Engineers carry out work on boilers of all types - oil and gas - in properties ranging from Starter Homes to Stately Homes across the Three Counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

Judy Christian, the Office Manager, has access to a wide range of spare parts, and maintains contact with the Service Engineers, to ensure a rapid and effective response to any emergencies. Paul Lucas, Managing Director, prepares and designs quotations, oversees new installation work, and provides technical assistance together with a detailed knowledge of control systems and wiring.
