The maintenance team are qualified & Gas Safe, registered for the provision of planned preventative or annual maintenance, attending to breakdowns or system repairs, heating boilers, warm air heaters, radiant heaters, air conditioning systems, water quality control testing for chlorine or inhibitor treatments. One of our recent maintenance contracts (from February 2009) is Writtle Agricultural College comprising of 46 main buildings, 8 green houses and 16 staff houses, a total of 87 boilers, 12 warm air heaters and 7 air conditioning systems.
