Heart & Soul Yoga

Heart and Soul Yoga brings yoga to Suzhou, China. Offering group classes, kid's yoga, prenatal, postnatal and private yoga sessions. Practicing yoga makes us feel re-energized, helps with distressing from our daily routines and keeps the body fit. Yoga is a holistic approach to our health and well-being building a strong foundation for in the moment where we learn to find our happiness and peace.

Our prenatal classes, prepare mothers-to-be for birth and labour, supporting them throughout pregnancy and beyond. Pregnancy yoga can help to keep energy levels up, and uses relaxation and breathing techniques all the way till the birth of the baby. Heart and Soul Yoga follows the holistic approach of Birthlight.
