I am the founder and owner of Health2Rebalance (Nutrition and Sport). I am a graduate of one of Europe's leading colleges of nutrition, the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) based in Richmond. My knowledge is fresh and in line with current scientific research, embodying the thinking of some of the top experts in the field of nutrition today.
I am registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and I am a member of the professional body for Nutritional Therapists, British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT). I am also fully insured.
Continual education and self development is key to how I work - currently I am studying Sports Nutrition at the Institute for Optimum nutrition.
