Hattatsu Karate offers traditional Shotokan karate and sport karate classes in Carlisle and Gretna. We believe karate helps you develop your physical and mental wellbeing – fitness, confidence, new skills, building resilience, managing stress, and supporting mental health. Our instructors are fully licensed, vetted and insured and are members of the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. You'll find us on a Wednesday at St Peter's Church, Kingstown, Carlisle from 6pm and in Gretna at Stormont Hall on Friday and Sunday from 6pm. Children and adults welcome - beginners and experienced karateka.
