Sam has been practising yoga since 1999 from a dance background. After studying various styles including Iyengar and Astanga she completed a 9 month teacher training at Yoga Arts in Australia, 2003. Introduced to Shadow yoga in 2002, Sam completed a one year foundation course in 2005 at Islington Yoga, where she continues to teach.
Sam began her studies with Zhander Remete, the founder of Shadow Yoga, in 2005. She completed a three year teacher training programme with Zhander Remete and Emma Balnaves in early 2012.
