Hatha Yoga London offers group classes, private one to one and pregnancy yoga sessions grounded in the Shadow Yoga system, within central and east London. The group classes are small and mostly run as courses, this encourages a continuity of practise which is vital for the progression of the student.
Sam has been practising yoga since 1999 from a dance background. After studying various styles including Iyengar and Astanga she completed a 9 month teacher training at Yoga Arts in Australia, 2003. Introduced to Shadow yoga in 2002, Sam completed a one year foundation course in 2005 at Islington Yoga, where she continues to teach.
Sam began her studies with Zhander Remete, the founder of Shadow Yoga, in 2005. She completed a three year teacher training programme with Zhander Remete and Emma Balnaves in early 2012.
