Hashtagbobsgarage

My name is Robert Clark some know me as Hashtag others as Rob, or Bob. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland and I am the leader of an underground garage gym revolution that is going on at #BOBSGARAGE. I was in hospital for 2 weeks and the doctor said I was lucky to be alive, in fact if it wasn't for having such a strong heart any normal person would have died. She was amazed I had ran a 8mile night run just the weekend before. None the less I had been given a second chance and I was determined to get my fitness back, at that point my journey was about to begin.

The last year and a bit I have been working on something pretty big. For some people its hard to grasp but what it is simply is my life long endeavor to get you to join me on my journey, to help you live your life in the most optimum capacity. Project HASHTAG is the life long commitment to get others to join me on my journey. Its time to start living to your absolute maximum potential, no more settling for the sub optimal.
