Neil Harvey established Harveys Surveyors in order to provide a comprehensive surveying service to clients, giving clear professional advice at a competitive price. I am a Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 30 years of experience in the local construction industry, which enables me to provide you with extensive local knowledge in terms of construction, location and value, providing in depth advice concerning all the important issues regarding your purchase. Having worked for many years in a large corporate organisation surveying and valuing properties throughout Devon and Cornwall on a daily basis, it was apparent individual clients were not getting the personalised service they deserved. Clients were not being provided with an adequate speed of service, or the level of advice needed, to allow them time to make appropriate and reasonably informed decisions about their property purchase, often leading to misinterpretation and sometimes unnecessary sales collapses, wasting the clients time and money.
