Welcome to Harveys, a well established professional family-run business specialising in properties in Torbay and the surrounding areas with over 20 years experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property letting and management.

As landlords ourselves we understand the need for an efficient and effective service for our current and prospective new tenants and clients. The majority of our properties are owned and managed by ourselves to a high standard, not normally associated with rental properties. We respond quickly to any problems and requests as they arise, using our own employed trustworthy staff to carry out repairs and maintenance so that all of our properties remain in excellent order throughout the lifecycle of the tenancy.
