Haru Holistic Therapies

We provide numerous services including Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Remedial Massage, La Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Indian Head massage, Reiki and Stress Management (appointment only). We also offer Reiki Workshops and other services. I first explored holistic therapy 15 years ago, though at the time I was skeptical, believing it might invade ones personal space. I thought no more of it until I became disenchanted with work, where the stresses and strains of work politics, long hours, low pay and more importantly no gratitude took its toll.

After booking an appointment for an aromatherapy back massage I was hooked. At Carnegie College I studied Anatomy and Physiology, Holistic Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and LA Stone Therapy. After that I attended Adam Smith College where I studied Remedial Massage, Advanced Reflexology, Stress Management, Health and Safety in the work place and Indian Head Massage.
